There is a large mirrored studio especially designed to run different kind of classes from yoga, pilates, aerobics, dancing to spinning classes.

Studio 2 - Boxing/MMA/Combat School.

We have a fully enclosed studio that incorporates all the forms of training required to obtain a high standard of fitness for both boxing and MMA style fighting.

Both our studios are available for rental by fitness instructors, and with a large and growing gym membership base you are sure to fill your fitness class in no time. Rental prices are negotiable, so please get in touch for more information.
