Cardiovascular and Muscular Adaptations to Training,
Nutrition & Ergogenic Aids).
• Level 2 Gym Instructing (Premier)
• First Aid Qualified
With a keen interest in fitness, and having studied Health and Exercise at university, James has a wealth of knowledge in a variety of aspects of personal training. James is able to educate in areas from fat loss and muscle tone to more advanced strength and power techniques.
