Welcome to One-To-One Gym
Here at One-To-One we are passionte about the health and wellbeing of our local community. We wanted to create a fitness centre that people would enjoy, a place to socialize as well as a centre for fitness improvement.
Our gym is a 10,000 sq. ft unit incorporating the latest in fitness technology with a spacious cardiovascular room and a large separate free weights area.
Our equipment is suitable for all fitness levels, be it the keep fit beginner to the sport specific trainer. With our fitness professionals always at hand every step of your training can be enjoyable and rewarding. Our gym is not just a keep fit facility but a haven for those wanting to improve their wellbeing, both physically and mentally in a relaxing and encouraging environment.
