What gym equipment do you have?

At 121 gym we are fully stocked with some of the best branded known equipment available like Precor AMT’s, Hammer Strength's range of plate loaded and Pin Select, Life Fitness and Star Trac cardio and strength equipment, Octane Concept Rowers and lots more, you have to see it to believe it! We don’t do queuing, you will see we have hundreds of pieces of equipment, to ensure you can get on and achieve your goals rather than waiting around.

Treadmills ,stair masters, concept rowers, octane, lifting platforms and cross-trainers, free weights, kettlebells and TRX machines. We offer training equipment for everyone.


Do you have classes?

Yes we do! We are committed to bringing you the most up to date classes on our timetable, with a minimum of 200 classes per month for our members in a variety of different size studios. To book a class visit http://www.onetoonegym.co.uk/classes

Our classes range from Iqniter heart rate training, HIIT and boxercise to dance classes, kettlebell training,yoga,pilates,spinning and cardio conditioning.


Do you have free weights?

Yes. We have an extensive range of free weights, dumbell weights up to 75kg.

We have gone all out and even put a full MMA matted dojo and boxing studio plus a functional studio in our club. 


Is your gym be staffed? Of course!

We pride ourselves in our staff and customer service. There will always be staff on hand whenever we are open, from reception to membership teams, through to full personal training teams. We even have our own full time in house cleaning team to make sure the place is always spotless 


Can I try the gym out before joining it?

Yes. Just visit our website and request a FREE! pass.


Do you offer student discount?

Yes, we do. However you will need to bring your I.D proof at reception, .

Student discount means you get to use all our facilities for £25.00 per month on a rolling membership. Set up cost applies.

Please contact the club and speak to one of the membership team for further details.


Will I be shown how to use the gym equipment?

Yes, we provide a free half hour personal training induction with a top personal trainer, we will show you how to operate the equipment, should you require this (optional). You can book this induction session online through our email info@121gym.co.uk or at reception.

If you are below the age of 18 we require you to book in for an induction to make sure you train safely while using the facilities.

Any one aged 18 and over will not have to attend an induction but we do recommend that you arrange one if you are not a seasoned gym goer or haven’t been for sometime. 


Will I get a program given to me on my induction?

Our personal trainers can tailor a training program on request.


Are there changing facilities?

Yes we provide clean comfortable changing facilities which include showers, toilets, hairdryers and plug sockets.


Are there lockers?

Yes, you can purchase a padlock from reception or bring your own. Lockers are located in and outside the changing rooms and are only to be used for the duration of your training session. Any lockers left locked afre the open hrs, will be open by a member of staff.


Does the facility include sauna, steam, spa and pool?

No, but we do have sunbeds and a beauty salon.


Will personal training be available?

Yes, this is available at an additional cost of approximately £25 per session. We also offer group booking, and buddy up sessions for 2 people or more. Do One to One gym offer classes?

Yes we do!We always guarantee a minimum of 40 of the most up to date classes.For our full class timetable please visit our website www.onetoonegym.co.uk .Booking system is available.You can reserve your space 2 weeks in advance and delete your booking if you cant attend. 


Do One to One gym offer car parking?

Yes, we offer extensive parking for those wanting to come by car. Why not leave the car at home though and use your journey to the gym as your warm up? 


I have joined, how do I  book a class?

It's simple! This can be all done online with a click of a few buttons. Follow the link http://www.onetoonegym.co.uk/classes The process is straight forward, however if you’re having issues please contact a member of staff on 01443 841165.


Can I freeze my membership?

Yes you can.

Freezing your membership is only available for month to month flexible memberships. Simply give us 14 days notice by email at (info@121gym.co.uk) before your next Direct Debit date.

If you have a 12 month contracted membership only certain circumstances apply, please refer to T&C’s in your Direct Debit confirmation email. (Please provide any supporting evidence to freeze your membership in certain circumstances)

Your membership will then continue as normal at the end of the ‘freeze period’. Please ask a member of staff  for more details.

12 month(yearly) and 3 month upfront (quarterly) memberships or special offers are non refundable.


I no longer want to be a member of 121 gym how do I cancel my membership?

It’s very simple. Please send us an email at info@121gym.co.uk  requesting to cancel with at least 14 days notice before your next collection date.

If however you are within your 12 month contracted period you will need to pay the remainder of your 12 month end period (However under certain circumstances please refer to T&C’s to end your contracted period earlier).


Can my children join onetoonegym?

Yes, children aged 13 and over can join One to One Gym, we do however have strict health and safety requirements for anyone under the age of 18. Parent or guardian would need to be fully responsible for the children and be present while they exercise. For teenegers age below 18, equipment restriction will apply. Please ask member of staff for more details.

Members aged between 13 and 15 years.

Must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Can use the cardio machines and some resistance machines,matted area and functional studio.

Can not use the free weights.

Members aged between 16 and 18:

There are no restrictions for anyone aged 16 and over, however all members aged 18 and under must have an induction with one of our personal trainers before they take part in any activity at the gym.

From the age of 16 children are classed as full members and have the same privileges as all our other members.

Please be aware that in order to enter into a contractual membership with us, you need to be over the age of 18. Below the age of 18, parent/guardian might be asked for direct debit set up permission.


Is the 121 gym website secure?

Yes, the membership application form on the website is secure. Any details will be fully encrypted and your personal and banking details will be kept private. 


When I join will I be issued with a One to One Gym membership card?

YES!  Our clever little membership card also doubles up as a loyalty card for our nutrition shop http://www.wsnutrition.co.uk collecting you pionts each time you make a purchase.


What happens if I lose my card?

Don’t worry, you can purchase another card at reception for £3.50 .
Just contact a member of staff at reception desk.


If you would like to freeze or cancel?

Please email your request to info@121gym.co.uk .
Only emailed requests will be processed. When processed,confirmation will be sent back to the email provided.
121Gym will not accept verbal membership adjustment requests (freeze/cancellation).
