My favourite aspect of Sport is Athletic Fitness. I have picked up excellent skills in this during my time representing Cardiff Athletic Club and Wales in events such as 100m, 200m, Long Jump and Pentathlon.
My Best achievements to date include Welsh Long jump Champion 2003 and gaining the National Junior League record in the Long Jump in 2002.
I have worked and trained alongside fellow athletes, elderly and youngsters among others. I enjoy trying to be a positive role model and influencing ‘strangers’ into the benefits of exercise.

The best part of Fitness Instructing for me is the job satisfaction I get when somebody that I have helped has achieved their goal, whether it is Muscle Definition, Weight Loss or just Physical Fitness. I love giving people that extra push and helping them to enjoy exercise and include it in their day to day lifestyles.

As well as instructing in the gym, I thoroughly enjoy taking Spinning and Circuit classes, and I currently take 10 classes per week - 6 Spin, 2 Kettlebell, 1 Gymball and 1 Abs Blas. tIn the very near future I hope I am able to gain experience and qualifications in other activities such as Yoga, Pilates and Boxercise.
