Martial Arts Classes


MMA Circuit

An exciting blend of 1 man exercises and 2 man drills. Work at your own pace and see your fitness improve dramatically.


Fight Sims

Improve your all round fighting skills and your fitness safely with innovative fight simulation and reflex drills.


Pad n Bags

Increase your striking power, speed and accuracy. Improve fitness and muscle tone in this physical and very enjoyable class.


Grappling

Break falls, vertical grappling, throws, locks, chokes, strangles and groundwork using a blend of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Karate techniques. A physically demanding but very enjoyable session.


Shotokan Karate

Learn this powerful form of karate from the father of Welsh Karate Sensei Mike O’Brien 8th Dan Karate Union of Wales. Shotokan Karate will teach you discipline, self protection and self confidence.

Kickboxing

Full contact style kickboxing training, which is suitable for all levels and ages. It’s great for fitness and self defence training.


Rope Burn

Rope burn is an intense 20 minute session, ideal for a lunch time work out. It’s designed to hit and tone every muscle whilst also giving you a great cardio vascular workout. When you leave you will have the same feeling you would have after a much longer weights and cardio session.


Ladies Circuits

This is a ladies only class aimed at increasing fitness and improving muscle tone by working your way through a variety of different exercises. Ideal for all levels and ages as you can adjust to suit your own level. A great all round workout.


Spinning

Spinning is great for anyone it allows you to work at your own intensity by controlling your own workout with the manual resistance knob. The Instructor will guide you through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You will increase your cardio endurance, energy level, increase the strength in your lower body and notice changes in your body shape and/or weight.


Latino size

This class combines Salsa dancing and aerobics to create a fun energetic dance class. Will improve your fitness, co ordination and rhythm.


Body Blast

A mixture of Circuit Training and Boxercise, a very good class to get the Heart pumping and the sweat dripping!
