Our gym ball classes are an excellent core muscle workout that revives the space hopper as a piece of fitness equipment. Its an ideal way to improve spacial awareness,
posture and balance.
Only being a 45 minute class, this short but intense workout will target all areas of your body with an added element of fun.
Our instructors will guild you through various body toning exercises involving dumbbells and your own bodyweight.
The Swiss ball is not a fad or passing trend. If you've never used the ball or think you've
exhausted its potential this class will offer something different that will have your abs firing.
